Jody Kibler has been an award-winning newspaper editor, publisher, and co-owner, as well as a published author. She is an experienced public speaker with numerous workshops and inspirational speaking engagements to her name. In addition, she is a grant-writer who has written successful grant applications in both the non-profit and business sectors. More recently, she has edited a doctoral dissertation on the experience of graduate nurses transitioning to practice during the Covid-19 pandemic and has assisted several authors in self-publication.

Joe Dubbelsy, EA
Minnesota native, Mr. Dubbels finds our work near and dear with a traveling nurse spouse. With a bachelor’s degree in finance and an admission to practice before the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent, he is comfortable with our start-up environment. "It’s the reason entrepreneurs disrupt established markets, it’s a critical feature of any high-return investment, and, above all, it makes the world a better place." Joshua Sosin, BS
Based in Lynchburg, Virginia, Joshua is a professional content writer and editor with a passion for helping others grow and thrive. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lynchburg’s Liberty University and hopes to return to school for a master’s in counseling.​
Currently, Joshua’s primary work is in the digital marketing world. Working for LA-based marketing agency GR0, he edits content for eCommerce brands, helping them reach customers and grow organically. In his free time, Joshua loves to write songs, read books, walk his dog, and spend time with his wife.
