Carol is our experienced Management Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Business Process, Analytical Skills, Business Process Design, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Documentation.

She grew up in the Midwest and lived/worked on both coasts, but still lives the Midwest values of hard work and always lending a helping hand. She has a strong faith and a passion for caring for others; she actively seeks out opportunities both personally and professionally to do this. She has mentored youth seeking personal and career guidance and coached C-Suite management executives in Fortune 100 companies.
She is a Prosci certified organizational change management leader, along with an eCornell change certification. She has held President and Vice President roles in the Business Networking International group and is a natural connector when it comes to people and their needs. She has worked as a Senior Change Management consultant for the past 12 years with the majority of her experience in healthcare and finance.
